Mushroom hunting in a Russian forest. Types of mushrooms that you can eat.

A couple of weeks ago we went to the forest which is located in Leningrad Region, Russia. We had a 30-minutes drive from our dacha (summer house).

The weather was quite dry, but because it was raining a day before, we thought we might get lucky and find some mushrooms.

At the end of this video, you will find a traditional Russian recipe - chanterelles that are very easy to cook.

Some mushrooms should be boiled before frying, some are not even eatable (you might get poisoned), so make sure you know the names of all mushrooms you find.
